Gideon Asset Management, LLC is a privately held investment vehicle managed by its founding partners and supported by a professional staff of analysts, managers, and a tax and audit specialist. We seek to acquire urban real estate in major metro markets and tourist destinations. Gideon also maintains a Venture Capital investment arm which invests in start-up companies in the technology space.
We are currently in expansion mode and seek to acquire an additional $500- $750M worth of real estate by 2020.

Gabriel’s background prior to launching Gideon Asset Management includes real estate investing, private equity, brand investments, and mergers and acquisitions.
Gabriel’s quick reaction to investment opportunities has led to ownership in well known clothing brands, and a national restaurant chain among other past investments.
With the launch of Gideon, we have captured this spirit and have incorporated it into our reaction to commercial real estate acquisition opportunities.

JOJO CHEHEBAR
Founder/Partner
JoJo Chehebar joined Gideon as a managing partner in January of 2014. Previous to becoming a Partner in Gideon, JoJo managed a portfolio of investments on his family’s behalf both in Real Estate, Technology, and Entertainment. JoJo’s Film, Restaurant, Nightlife, Technology, and start-up investment experience led to the creation of Gideon’s Venture investment platform.
His real estate investments include partnerships with the Naftali Group in developing two major condo projects on the upper west side and on the east side of Manhattan. Additional holdings include multiple student housing projects across the US. JoJo heads up Gideon’s venture and entertainment investment arm. JoJo’s ability to identify market trends, execute strategies, and oversee multiple platforms of investments, round out the necessary characteristics of Gideon’s executive partners.

Aziz past experience includes working for AIG while managing a portion of a multi-billion dollar bond portfolio. He then joined a NYC based commercial Real Estate brokerage firm. Aziz was responsible for many sales throughout the Boroughs before joining our team as an analyst and VP of acquisitions.
